20 mins walk to the center. Found a place called taqueria mordida de burro, set so close to the hotel, ate there a few times.

Tourist destinations like iglesia del carmen were not far from this place. One could dine at restaurants such as Beirut 10 minutes away. Fortunately, free Wi Fi was available. Bella Vista district definitely deserves exploring.
